ColecoDS v1.1 - Colecovision Emulator for the Nintendo DS

Alekmaul has released a new version of his excellent Colecovision emulator for the Nintendo DS, heres whats new:

Version 1.1 of the 12/10/2006
* Addition of the NinjaDS supports (tested) and max Media, EZ4 (not tested)
* Addition of the G6Lite support via GBFS
* Indicate me on my Web site (http://www.portabledev.com) or by email ([email protected]) if that functions on botre linker/chart flash, I would add your name to the screen “thanks” in the next version

I cant find the coloeco.rom bios file stated in the readme!

If you want the bios file, you need to dump it from your own ColeoVision console.

I'd use something crazy like "coleco bios"

Hi, I have an M3 DS Simply and this is almost working. I get the splash screen but then about a half inch of colored pixels at the top. Any ideas? I did rename the coleco.rom to just that coleco.rom. It was some long name before.

Any advice appreciated.

i get same thing as reptileszz. I'm using supercard sd one. I'm using the original bios if that makes a difference.

My guess is that slot-1 devices aren't supported. The fact that he manually lists newly compatible devices indicates to me that he isn't using DLDI, so devices not specifically supported won't work.

Can we beg for slot one support? I just tried the dldi patch and I get the same result. I am greatly saddened. I might have to dig out my old Colecovision as I was so excited about seeing my old games come to life!
