PSP video (mp4) Splitting

I am trying to cut a standard psp encoded mp4 files into smaller pieces. I've tried (without success) 3ivx and graph edit to demux the streams, split them, then re-mux them. Anybody have a program that will easily let you cut a psp mp4 file up?

if you've ripped these files form DVD, you could just start again and rip a number of smaller VOB files using DVD Decrypter..
