Sorry but your credit card has not been authorized.
We have tried to contact you by phone but to no avail.
To maintain our stock levels we have had to cancel his order. Should you
still require the goods, please re-order as we have not kept your order and
please ensure all card details are correct.

N.B. Please note this is not us not authorising the transaction it is your
bank, they do not give us a reason as to why they have done this so you will
need to check with them.
