I'm sorry to hear you're having problems. Could you PM me your email address and we'll try and sort out what the problem is? Then hopefully we can fix it for other people who might have this problem...
To the others - so, who fancies some DS clans? :-D
@Xcliber - yeah, I remember you needed to do this with pre1... What hardware do you have? Maybe there's a newer DLDI?
But if not, I'm really sorry but I decided not to support extracted files with the new texturing system - it would have taken too much memory or would have slowed the game down too much...
oooh, ds quake clans! too bad i cant get wifi in my area of operations.
Wow, this is awesome! Quake, so great! I'm saddly enough having some issues right now. When I hit it to play it says...
started up
fat init...ok
passed fp tests!
Using default command line
Init Arm7...done
Host_Init, memory base at 0x020f
ba80
3.0 megs of memory available
Any solution to my problem, perhaps? Any help would be extremely appriciated.
Sounds like a DLDI problem to me, as that's the point at which it loads the pak files. If it couldn't find them, you'd get an error.
Which card are you using? Maybe there's an alternate driver you could use...
I'm ordering a DS-X now that I've seen this. Now I'm sure it'll be worth it.
Meh, a DS-X is really overpriced for what it does, and its homebrew compatibility isn't the greatest now that DLDI is out. I'd suggest looking around for a device with removeable storage.
