Do you know Fenix / DIV language?

So i can put both those games on one disk with the fenix runtime sorry i just got home from work

The patch dont work here on the ntcs dreamcast for gyruss the screen comes up and says error! parse error! I just dont know what it means you guys are the experts please help I want to play Gyruss so bad thanks Trixster here in the USA.
