I'm guessing that this guy is asking about the Joe and Mac Caverman Ninja mod for Beats of Rage.
All you need to do is download the mod, un-rar it, using WinRar, and then (I'm pretty sure it comes as a CDI file. If not, then post back) burn the CDI with DiscJuggler or Alcohol 120%.DCHelp - A Newbie's Best Friend
