if you know how to patch roms using hexidecimal codes and ips patching yeah you can use cheat codes.
the short answer....
not for dcgnuboy
but for any snes emu, you can use a program that I have, and it will patch snes GG codes permenatly to a rom. so be careful and think about what type of codes you are using. and it doesn't work with all games, just most.

Is there a way to use game genie/gameshark/action replay codes on any of these emulators?
