You'll have to get a SVHS/S-Video or Video-Cinch cable (the ones that are splitted into Yellow, Red, White cables), as the game won't support any RGB signal.
Same goes for Super Street Fighter 2 X Turbo DC and one of the two best VideoCD players at Lik-Sang. The other one will work fine with RGB.
A standart RF/ANT-Cable only displays b/w pictures on some TVs with my brothers (modified) NTSC-US DC, but it's a start. My Japanese DC had no problem with it running thru my common (PAL) RF-Cable.
Check out www.yesasia.com/? (or your local VideoGame shop) for one of those video connection cables mentioned above.
Edit: If you only got a PAL DC, plz order a DC-X CD as it helps booting games like this. (There's a package over at Lik-Sang.com that includes PuyoPuyoFever)
