You may have noticed the site loading a bit slow recently (today was very bad). The good news its that our great host Martin has told us that he will be getting a third server and that it should be up and running within the next two weeks.

btw: just to let you know about some things going on in the forum
1: DcEmu2005 DC World Cup: this is a knock-out tourament for the best dreamcast game ever! There is a match every week and this week its REZ vs Crazy Taxi Anyone can vote!
2: Psp Fans can change there title (currently e.g. dcemu newbie) to psp user. Instructions on how to do so can be found here

I was looking around the net a found the old web page for that DC homebrew classic Cool Herders, but i notice that the page has changed slightly since i last saw it
Cool Herders is now under agreement to be finished and distributed by Goat Store. Note that it's not ready yet, but watch for it!

CAgames have released a preview of there new game Marbol. The game is currently Mac (OSX 10.3) only, and so far there are no plan for a DC version. The game is based on Ganksoft 's demo on the DC Tonic disc (a Demo CD released at E3 2001, containing a number of contributions from the DC homebrew community and a full development kit based entirely on free software.)
CA Games are the developers of the game Feet of Fury for the dreamcast, CA Games current Dreamcast Project Tryptonite is still being developed but there is no news on a release yet. ...by Published on April 20th, 2005 15:32
Not Dreamcast related but you might have heard of OurColony.net, its MS viral marketing scheme for the Xbox 360 (Xbox2). And just for fun we have setup our own "OurColony" dcemu.co.uk and we (I) would like you to join in. At the time of posting we are ranked 442 (out of, over 2500) with 240 points and have 11 members.

I made a small collection of good Dreamcast homebrew games for myself and i thought, why don't i put it on my uni account, i never use it, so:
here you go
use cdi2nero to convert it to a nero image (it a diskjuggler image)
it has Gianas Return, Brkout, Btime, Bugs_v2, CoolHerders, DCSquares, Grande, Joggle, EchosQuest, SmashDC and a old version of The Ascension Of Vigil (01-28-2005) etc.

Another FAME update comes here...
Here is what is new:
- Lightweighted entry/exit code.
- Fixed sign/zero flag calculation when moving long data from memory to memory.
- Privilege violation exception fixed.
- Faster interrupt/exception management.
- Timing fixed in MOVEM instructions.
It is pretty stable and fast now and has a very good level of accuracy. Almost every NeoGeo game work in Neo4all (next Neo4all release will demostrate this ).
Quzar describe it as "BUG FREE and SAVE TO RUN". Thanks Quzar
I would love to get some feedback as well as some news about Genesis Plus running with FAME.

Deus Ex: invisable war
got it 2nd hand with pikmin (buy on get one 1/2 price, so total £18)
i really liked the first game (only playing the first one last summer), and this version has a lot going for it but what does annoy me is that you don'r really take sides as you can change sides at any time back and forth!, + the order which i see as the good side allways want to to kill someone while the WTO, the bad guys don't want me to kill people, so i don't reall want to take either side : (
