A prisoner has failed in a bid to sue ministers over a faulty computer games console given to him in jail.
Adam Shannon claimed compensation from prison chiefs because his Sega Dreamcast console was broken....
Shannon, 24, lodged the small claims action at the court, demanding the Scottish Executive pay him £350.

I'm at the end of the shipping list at the moment (it got up to a lot more than I expected before I closed preorders - thanks a bunch). The first batch was shipped yesterday. I'm shipping out more today, and should be finished with the shipping by tomorrow or Saturday.

Anyways my camera at home sucks worse then i though. So the video's will be horible. I took a bunch and will post up the ones that came out the best. I'm gonna bug a friend to use his digital camera that takes much better videos (my stupid camera limits how much you can record based on the vid size and not till you've run out of space ).
Note, all but 1 quest vid were taken in low res. My camera limits how much you can record by size. So if large, i can only get like 15 seconds worth, if low res i can get about 80 seconds worth.by Published on April 18th, 2006 01:20

I have created one burning tool yet. It have no GUI, but you can decide your problems simply by pressing Enter three times! (Sorry for my engluish, I'm from Russia ) I'm hope it will help you. Please, test it.
Main features:
Program uses Echelon Selfboot instructions.
Program in most cases automatically detect boot file type.
Program automatically decides, need Binhack, or no.
Support for automatic logo inserting into SEGA licensed screen.
Automatic IP.BIN creating, if you haven't it.
Support for CDI and NRG images wrirting.
Support for CDI and NRG images creating.
Writing CDDA tracks.
Support for direct DreamON writing.
Sorry, but I not created english help for this program yet, but program has built-in english interface.
Program uses Nero API and Nero DLL's, if you have not Nero installed, download Nero Environment (1,70 Mb.)
