Devil May Cry 4 is going to be brilliant, and this trailer pretty much sums up why.

Giant bosses, incredible visuals and ridiculous, over-exaggerated violence is everything you want in a game like this and DMC4 has it all in spades.

We've already defeated that giant flame monster thingy is an early version of the game - you should take a look at that preview right now.

But not before you watch the footage, and check out these gorgeous new screens below.

You want some FIFA 08 screens? Here's some for you - will 42 shots of the Wii version do?

Along with a whole bunch of screens of the main football in action, (which is coming along quite nicely) we also have screens here of the table tennis and keepy-uppy mini games that will be exclusive to the Wii version of the game.

As you will see in one shot, there are two ways to play the game on Wii. Hardcore gamers have the 'Advanced' control method that lets you take full control of the players' movement with the Nunchuk analogue stick, along with a combination of buttons and simple motion gestures to perform you usual shooting, passing and lobbing plays and tricks.

But EA's new Family Play initiative in FIFA introduces a simpler control system that allows less advanced players to play the game using just the Wii Remote. The computer moves your players around automatically, leaving you to concentrate solely on passing and shooting with Remote motions. That one's for your little brother then.

FIFA 08 is due out on pretty much every format under the sun on September 28.

It looks like those complaining of problems with the iPod touch's screen weren't seeing things, as Apple has now reportedly confirmed that at least some early units did indeed ship with defective screens. That bit of news comes at the tail end of a review of the player by none other than Walt Mossberg, who reports that Apple says the problem affected a "small number of units" and that it is "being remedied." Exactly what that remedy entails, however, is unclear, as is the exact number of units affected. In related news, there's also been a few unconfirmed reports cropping up of similarly dim screens on newer iPhones, with the problem seemingly traced to units released after the now infamous price cut. No word from Apple on that, but if your new iPhone's display looks a little off, feel free to let us know. ...
